    1 oz Espresso
    1 oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum
    1/2 oz Caramel Giffard
    1/2 oz Vanilla Syrup
    Glassware: Champagne Flute

Method

    Shake Hard with Cubed Ice
    Strain Into Champagne Flute & Serve Without Delay
    **Vanilla syrup - score a vanilla pod, scrape out vanilla beans and boil in 750ml of water for 15 minutes, measure two parts sugar to one part vanilla water and simmer to dissolve.

Geishagave

    1 oz Sauza Blanco Tequila
    1 oz Sake (Kome Dake no Sake)
    1 oz Fresh limejuice
    1 oz Jasmine Green Tea Syrup
    2 slices fresh jalapeno (size of a dime)
    Glassware: Old Fashioned Glass

Method

    Jasmine Green Tea Syrup Preparation: 1 part strongly steeped Jasmine Green tea, mixed with 1 part granulated sugar
    Muddle the fresh jalapeno slice in a mixing glass.
    Next add the Tequila, Sake, limejuice & jasmine syrup.
    Shake vigorously with ice until very chilled
    Taste & adjust if necessary to balance
    Double strain (using a tea strainer) into an old fashion glass, over crushed ice
    Garnish: Float a single fresh Jalapeno slice on the surface
