Garry's Homemade Organic Sausages

    1 Lb. Ground Chicken or Pork
    1 tbsp. Ground Mustard Seeds
    1 Small Onion Chopped
    1 tbsp. Canola Oil
    1 tbsp. Butter
    1 tbsp. Marjoram
    1 Apple Chopped, Cored
    ¼ cup Apple Juice

Method

    1. In a medium skillet over medium high heat place onion and sauté till golden brown and tender
    2. Add butter, apple marjoram, and mustard seeds, continue to sauté till apples is tender
    3. Allow apple mixture to cool adn mix well with ground meat
    4. Form into sausage shapes and wrap in plastic wrap
    5. Place a steamer onto a high heat with water
    6. Steam wqraped sausages for 12 to 14 minutes
    7. Remove from skins and sauté gently in a skillet with a slight amount of oil
    8. Once sauted and browned, add ¼ cup of apple juice and bring to a high heat
    9. Reduce apple juice by ½ and serve
